Pilot (スロット新台)
Upon joining the company, flight crew employees will initially hold a fixed-term contract position during their training period and will transition to full-time employment upon obtaining a スロット新台’s certificate with the ANA Group. Regular employees have a retirement age of 60 years old. Following this, they may continue as contract employees, with annual renewals, until the age of 65.

We are recruiting Japan-resident Captains who can work in Japan without restrictions. Please refer to the following minimum requirements for (1) and (2).
(1) For those residing in Japan and currently working for a スロット新台 airline. In principle, applicants must hold the following certificates issued by a スロット新台 authority that are valid at the time of application and at the time of joining Air Japan.
※English proficiency is required for duty performance
(2) For those currently working for a non-スロット新台 airline.Proof of スロット新台 residence, arranged personally, must be submitted by a date specified by Air Japan prior to joining the company. In principle, applicants must hold the following certificates that are valid at the time of application and at the time of joining Air Japan.
